Warranty

Jiteentarou provides a 1-year official warranty service for all panel cabinet products. The warranty period starts from the date the customer signs for receipt of the shipment.

This warranty covers only issues with the product's own materials and manufacturing workmanship. It does not include wear and tear from use or human-caused damage, and applies to all panel cabinet products currently sold on the Jiteentarou official standalone website.

•  Natural cracking or deformation of product boards, or glue failure, delamination, or peeling caused by non-human factors;
•  Original hardware accessories fail, break, or cannot open and close properly under normal use;
•  Non-human-caused damage during transportation before receipt (photos of the outer box and the actual product issue must be provided within 48 hours after signing for receipt for reporting).

•  Original order proof of purchase and the order number must be provided. Warranty requests without proof will not be accepted;
•  This applies only to products purchased directly from the Jiteentarou official standalone website. Products purchased through unauthorized channels, purchasing agents, second-hand resale, or products transferred or gifted to others are not covered by the warranty;
•  When applying for warranty service, photos/videos of the actual product issue must be provided as required so that customer service can verify the product issue.

For issues that fall within the warranty coverage during the warranty period, we provide free replacement, free reshipment of accessories, and reshipment of boards. No repair fees or accessory fees will be charged to customers throughout the entire process.

Reshipment of accessories/boards is supported only within the mainland United States. International mailing services are not currently provided.

The following circumstances are not covered by the 1-year official warranty:

•  Damage caused by human negligence, improper use, unauthorized modification, self-cutting or drilling, or incorrect cleaning;
•  Accidental bumps or impacts, crushing by heavy objects, scratching or chewing by pets, stain corrosion, or odor contamination;
•  Excessive wear caused by high-frequency use in commercial premises;
•  Minor scratches from normal use, natural wear, or slight oxidation of hardware;
•  The product has been resold or gifted to someone other than the original purchaser;
•  Damage caused by natural disasters or accidents.
•  Product damage caused by failure to install in accordance with the instruction manual

•  The final right of interpretation of this warranty policy belongs to Jiteentarou;
•  If the warranty rules on the product detail page are inconsistent with this page, the markings on the product detail page shall prevail;
•  Warranty inquiries may be handled through the official website order backend, online customer service, or official email.
